I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly situated in the heart of San Ignacio. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with effective air conditioning, providing much-needed relief from the heat. The only downside was the lack of closets, but that didn't detract much from my overall experience. The staff was not only friendly but also very responsive to my needs. I would definitely come back, especially once the pool is finished.

This hotel is a great choice if you're looking for a safe and central location in San Ignacio. I felt comfortable and secure during my stay, and the rooftop pool added a fun element to my experience. The complimentary coffee and bananas were a nice touch, but there were some issues with the room I stayed in. While the staff was welcoming, there were some loud disturbances from other guests that detracted from the overall experience.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful overall. It's centrally located, making it easy to explore San Ignacio and the attractions nearby. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and the staff was generally friendly, though I had a less than ideal interaction during my last visit. The breakfast setup was minimal but adequate for starting the day. The only downside is that there isn't a pool, but the rooftop hangout area made up for it. The price was a bit on the higher side for the transportation services offered, but the convenience was worth it.
Rooms

The hotel boasts a great location, making it easy to explore the charming town of San Ignacio. My room was spacious and clean, with a nice touch of towel sculptures on the bed. However, the lack of soundproofing can be a downside, as I experienced noise disturbances from other guests. Additionally, while I appreciated the covered parking, I was expecting a bit more variety for breakfast. Overall, it offers good value for a comfortable stay.

I had a pleasant one-night stay at this hotel for the La Ruta Maya race. It was very convenient, as it's close to everything I needed. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, but I feel they should provide better bedding options since there were only sheets on the beds. Overall, the experience was positive, especially thanks to the attentive front desk staff who communicated promptly via WhatsApp.
